    Get in touch

Call, email or send us a message. We will listen to what you need and answer any questions with no obligation.

    Meet our Registered Manager

We visit before care begins to agree the services you want, when they start, and the times and length of each visit.

  3. 3

    Risk assessment

We review your home and the care involved in detail so support is safe, while respecting your right to make your own choices.

  4. 4

    Your personal care plan

A plan is agreed with you, your family or advocates and any commissioner, then reviewed regularly as your needs change.

Through this process we make sure that each person is valued and has the right to control their own affairs, that everyone has control over how they live their life and can freely express their wishes, and that all service users have equal rights and protection against any form of discrimination or abuse.

When are your services available?

Our care services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and a duty manager is on call for staff and service users outside office hours.

Who do you provide care for?

We support children (0 to 18), adults (18 to 65) and older people (over 65), including people living with dementia, learning disabilities, sensory impairments, acquired brain injury, and people who are recovering from illness or are terminally ill.

How does care get started?

Our Registered Manager meets you before the service begins to agree what support you need, when it starts and the timing of visits. We complete a risk assessment and agree a personal care plan with you, your family or advocates.

Do you provide nursing care?

No. We provide personal and practical care. Our carers do not carry out tasks that need clinical professionals, such as injections, changing sterile dressings or catheter replacement. Some specialist tasks can be carried out after specific training and sign off by a qualified professional.

Can I use council funding or Direct Payments?

Yes. Your local council can carry out a free care needs assessment and a financial assessment. If you receive Direct Payments you can choose to arrange your care with us directly, giving you more choice and control.

Are you regulated?
